Wimbledon tennis

Location: Melbourne
Weather: Coldish

Well this year's Wimbledon wasn't bad. Hightlights were staying up till 4am to watch Goran's last match. What a shame...he lost, worst of all to Lleyton Hewitt...an Australian. oh well another legend gone. I also managed to see Henman crash out to that unknown Ancic bloke and stayed around till 3am for the final - Federer vs Roddick in the final. It was worth feeling a bit tired at work the next morning though...shame Roddick lost, he was smashing the ball harder than I've ever seen before in the 1st set.
It was also great to see Maria Sharapova actually beat Serena Williams and what a stunner, plus she's only 17...my favourite age...hmmm....mental note to myself: next time I run into Sharapova I must ask her out for dinner! smile
